UK Statutory Registers Templates

As a limited company you are required by law to maintain certain statutory registers.

These should be kept at your registered office in paper or electronic format and available for inspection.

You can keep these at an address different to the registered address however this should be specified as part of your annual return on the Companies House website.

Petya is an accountant with Shubraka and covers a diverse range of tasks including self assessment tax returns, VAT returns, annual accounts, corporation tax returns and management accounts production.

Petya has over seven years of experience as an accounting performing a wide range of financial operations and is ACCA part qualified

Outside of accounting Petya has more than twenty years of experience, working in diverse administrative positions in the sea transportation and logistics environment.

Boryana Atanasova
Practice manager

Bobby is our practice manager. Her main focus is on using effective tools for organising and running the practice, creating clear channels for communication and feedback and ensuring smooth delivery of our engagements.

She is also responsible for client acceptance, disengagement and quiries relating to benefits
applications.

A finance and accountancy graduate Bobby has spend most of her professional life organising high profile events, managing projects and big groups of employees for number of companies in the catering business.

Galina Atanasova
Associate

Galina is an associate with our practice and her main role is in accounts production and initial preparation of tax returns.

She has an MA in Business Administration and Marketing and has previously held client facing roles and worked as admin support for small GP practices.

Nikolay Atanasov, ACA
Director

Nikolay qualified as chartered accountant with KPMG in 2011 where he specialised in financial institutions audit.

Since leaving KPMG Nikolay has shifted focus from large institutions to small business aiming to bring solutions such as cloud accounting, real time management information and tax structuring to contractors and small business.

He has considerable expertise in accounts and tax compliance and hands-on experience with outsourcing back office functions such as operations and finance to more cost effective locations.
